Inquire first, decide later.
Booking a tour at Trip China Guide is customer friendly without forced commitment. You only book exactly what you want, clearly knowing what you get before you go.
Submitting a tour inquiry is NOT an act of reserving a tour, but rather a way of establishing communication with a local travel expert who will be helping with your China tour. Tour booking will be confirmed with payment only when you are totally satisfied with your personalized tour plan.
Step 1a: Find a sample tour
You can start it by using the tour search function or browsing sample China tours categorized by travel interestes and themes. When a sample tour interests you, simply click on the "inquire" bottom to state your personal preferences and how you want your tour to be customized.
Or Step 1b: Tailor-make a tour
If you need advice to make up your mind, or you already have a plan in mind, or you do not find a sample tour perfectly matched to your interests, you can just let us tailor make a tour with exactly what you want. You need to fill out a custom tour plan form.
Step 2: Adjust you tour plan
Your tour inquiry will be replied within 24 hour, from one of our travel consultants. He or she will propose a tentative tour plan with a quotation based on the requirements specified in your tour inquiry. You can further discuss all the details of the tour plan until you are totally satisfied with it.

Step 3: Confirm with payment
Pay a deposit of RMB2000 per person to us. The balance is to be paid in full no later than 20 days prior to your arrival date. If we receive your booking less than 20 days prior to the tour start date, we will ask for payment to be made in full once you confirm the tour.
The payment methods we accept include: Western Union transfer, wire transfer (bank transfer), credit card (Visa Card, MasterCard, and American Express, by faxing authorization letter), and PayPal.
