The Jialiang in Front of the Hall of Supreme Harmony

The Jialiang was a standard measurement instrument in ancient China. The Jialiang and the stone pavilion placed here were constructed in the 10th year (1745) in the reigne of Emperor Qianlong, and they were uese to symbolize the lasting sovereignty and unity of the country.
